When you register for a workshop, join our community, or contact us, we may collect:

- Registration and event data: which workshop or event you registered for, whether you attended, and replay viewing activity
- Payment information: if you purchase a paid community tier or product, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider — we do not store your full card details
- Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, and general engagement with our emails and website, collected via cookies and standard analytics tools
- Communications: any messages you send us via email, forms, or community platforms
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you access details, reminders, and replay links for workshops you register for
- Provide access to and support within the AI for Marketers community, if you join
- Send marketing emails about related products, workshops, and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email
- Improve our website, funnels, and offers based on aggregate usage patterns
- Meet our legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations
Third-party tools we use
We rely on third-party platforms to run our workshops and community. Each of these providers processes personal information under their own privacy policies:
- GoHighLevel (GHL): our funnel, registration form, email, and SMS provider
- Zoom: our live workshop platform. Zoom's own privacy policy governs data collected during video sessions
- Skool: our community platform, if you join AI for Marketers
- AddEvent: our calendar integration, used only to generate add-to-calendar links
- Stripe: our payment processor for community membership and product purchases
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Our website and funnel pages may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our site, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
